High vacuum coating:
- CCU-010 HV high vacuum sputtering and carbon coating. A turbo pumped vacuum coater designed to sputter both oxidising and non-oxidising metals and evaporate carbon. The carbon coating quality is suitable for SEM applications and for making ultra-high quality, mechanically stable TEM carbon support films
- CCU-010 HV high vacuum sputter coating. A turbo pumped sputter coater designed to sputter both oxidising and non-oxidising metals. There is a simple plug-in upgrade to allow high resolution carbon coating.
- CCU-010 HV high vacuum carbon coating. The carbon coating quality is suitable for SEM applications and for making mechanically stable TEM carbon support films. There is a simple plug-in upgrade to allow high resolution sputter coating.
Standard vacuum coating:
- CCU-010 LV standard vacuum sputtering and carbon coating. Typically suitable for W-SEM sputter coating applications using non-oxidising metals and for carbon coating SEM specimens for EDS and WDS
- CCU-010 LV standard vacuum sputter coating. Typically suitable for W-SEM sputtering coating applications using non-oxidising (noble) metals. There is a simple plug-in upgrade to allow SEM carbon coating
- CCU-010 LV standard vacuum carbon coating. Typically suitable for W-SEM carbon coating (EDS, WDS). There is a simple plug-in upgrade path to allow sputtering of non-oxidising metals
