Single edge cutting blades

Micro-Tec single edge cutting blades are ideal for pre-trimming blocks for ultramicrotomy and other cutting tasks.

Made from a select surgical grade hardened C1095 carbon tool steel these high quality blades are precisely ground for superior sharpness and excellent cutting quality.

Single edge cutting blades include a back for safe handling and are individually wrapped for extra protection. Also available in a clear dispenser box.

For best results, we advise that the blades are carefully wiped with paper or non-woven tissue and moistened with isopropanol to remove any protective anti-corrosion oil film.
