Styrofoam dewar
The EM-Tec CD7 light-weight Styrofoam cryo container has been designed for handling, transport, short time storage and use of small amounts of liquid nitrogen (LN2). The flat base offers good stability and the wide open top allows for easy access. It is useful for many applications involving liquid nitrogen such as cooling, plunging and transporting small amounts of LN2. Holding time is approximately six hours.
The EM-Tec CD7 dewars comprise:
- Light-weight design of foamed polystyrene
- Smooth inner wall
- Flat base for stability
- Studded outside for carrying with gloves
