Probe tips and consumables
Kleindiek offers a range of probe tips for nanoprobing and nanomanipulation tasks. The solid tungsten probe tips have a shaft diameter of either 0.25 mm and 0.5mm with tip radii between 250 nm and 5 nm … and below! They can be used with the Kleindiek Prober Shuttle as well as the MM3A-EM micromanipulators. Probe tips are ready for probing applications right out of the package – without the need for an initial conditioning/cleaning step. Probe tips with a diameter of 0.25mm will require an adaptor (CP-THA-000) to fit in the 0.5mm diameter of the MM3A-EM tip holder.
